I hope this letter finds you well. I write with deep gratitude for being part of the Chick-fil-A family. On June 14, 2026, I will complete my first full year as a Front of House Team Member, a milestone I am sincerely proud of. My orientation on June 14, 2025 is a date I hold with great care, and the friendships I have built with my coworkers along the way are ones I know will last.
I also want to sincerely apologize for any circumstances in which I did not perform at my best. I am taking those experiences as a foundation for growth and remain committed to becoming better, personally and professionally.
Effective June 14, 2026, I respectfully request a break from scheduling for the next couple of months to focus on my health and personal development. Please know this is not a resignation. I will stay in touch and hope to be considered for shifts or future opportunities when I am available again.
During this time, I may explore other professional opportunities, and I would be truly grateful if I could list you as a reference and receive feedback that reflects the positive contributions I was able to make as a team member.
Thank you sincerely for your understanding. Chick-fil-A holds a special place in my heart, and I remain reachable at any time.
